To cope with our business growth, we are currently looking for a high calibre candidate to join us as an Project Manager, mainly focus on various project management.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage customer engagement website, mobile app and digital projects
- Work with internal and external users to understand needs, define features and user flows, transform business requirements to feasible solutions/functional requirements and ensure the project objectives can be met
- Conduct business analysis, market and usability researches to understand market needs and best practices
- Apply new technology, media, interactive research and emerging standards related to internet marketing and digital media
- Support the operation and maintenance of the current/new applications and continue to enhance based on user feedback and comments
- Track project deliverables and prepare reports defining project progress, problems and solutions
- Prepare application user manual, training materials and quick start guides to inspire clients
Requirements
- Possess a recognized university degree or equivalent information system, project management, computer science or related disciplines
6 years experience in IT industry with at least 2 years experience in a product management or development role
- Experience in digital marketing, healthcare and/or support and service consulting is an asset
- Working knowledge of design thinking, agile SDLC, and/or product lifecycle management methodologies is an asset
- Experience working directly with ehealth and mhealth related organizations, emerging health technologies companies, health care providers and patients to develop new products and services an asset
- Strong problem solving skill, good team player, self motivated and able to work under pressure
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
